Blacksheep To Assist Canada's Oldest School

King's-Edgehill School (KES), Canada's first independent school, has enlisted the help of Blacksheep Projects to establish the school's first international campus in Abu Dhabi.

Founded in 1788 in Windsor, Nova Scotia, King's-Edgehill School was the British Commonwealth's first independent school – and the first independent school in Canada. For generations, the school has enjoyed a national and international reputation as an institution of student excellence.

In the first phase of the engagement, Blacksheep will assist KES in determining the best strategy for the Middle East market, secure business development financing, screen investors, conduct market research, generate financial models, assist in negotiations with foreign partners, and navigate the regulatory requirements of the new campus.
